- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders due to payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
6. Delivery, Pickup & Returns
- Delivery: We offer delivery within service coverage areas. Estimated delivery times are just that—estimates—and not guarantees.
- Pickup: For customers picking up devices from our Lagos location, pickup notifications will be sent once services are complete or orders are ready.
- Returns & Repairs:
- If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days. We’ll assess and, if necessary, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Repair and maintenance services are guaranteed per the terms on your invoice—usually valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

7. User Conduct
